Frames are always steel — the cantilever roller box demands the rigidity — with Sapele mahogany over redwood or white oak as the visible face. Automation is UL325 spec with loop detectors and sensing edges.

Redwood-canyon shade, heavy winter rain, and Bay salt air mean marine-grade stainless or bronze hardware and mildew-resistant finishes on every build. Larkspur is city-permit driven with meaningful setbacks along creek corridors; we coordinate directly with the building department.
